unreliable hot water poorly maintained taxis
the room was spacious enough.
The hot water was unreliable. The shower knobs were difficult to operate. the food was not good except for a few breakfast items. the taxis arranged by the hotel looked quite old and not well-kept.

mixed experience in the hills
unclean serving platforms small pool
i found some issues . the breakfast buffet had limited options, and some serving platforms were not clean i even saw cockroaches. also, the swimming pool looked nice but it was quite small and didn't seem very clean to me. i expected better for the price i paid.

comfortable room helpful staff nice bonfire
the room was a cottage room on spa. it was quite comfortable and spacious. the staff was helpful and kind. the bonfire with music became a nice highlight, led by the duty manager, and allowed us to meet other guests.
The breakfast buffet could have included more options. It felt somewhat limited.

The staff showed genuine care, providing quick responses to requests. They always seemed ready to assist with a smile. individual team members like sanusha and biju peter particularly excelled in offering really good support .

The infinity pool included hammocks and a spice garden. a games room offered enough entertainment with various indoor games. the hotel's location allowed walks through tea plantations. We even encountered wild bison, it was a unique experience

the breakfast included a buffet with varied options. the dinner buffet also offered excellent choices, and a la carte options were available. the executive chef ensured excellent dishes, especially southern indian cuisine, that we loved

The hotel nestled among hills provided a calm setting. the surroundings included greenery and peaceful views. natural sounds filled the air. The location allowed us to see amazing views.
